I’m driving with a friend of mine, and the conversation turns to an auction I am going to in October to hunt down an arcade game I’m after. I explain it’s at a wholesaler that sells arcade and coin-op vending machines and replacement parts. I’d found the place on the Internet after a lot of research, cause I didn’t think there are many place like this left since the arcade craze has died down from what it once was.
No sooner do the words leave my lips do I look up and there’s the place! I had no idea where it was other than it was in the greater metro area somewhere and here I am describing this place I managed to find on the Internet, and I’m standing in front of it.
Oh yeah, here’s the best part. It’s about half a city block from my office, and I’ve driven by it at least 5 days a week for the past 5 years. :wally
