Saw a WTF car the other day that I’d like to share. It was an old model Toyota Corolla, one of the little, boxy-shaped ones. The owner had removed the back half of the roof and rebuilt it with fiberglass (I assume) and bondo so that the car now had the shape of a pickup truck or El Camino but the back was closed or covered. Hadn’t yet had the chance to paint it, which is really how I noticed it. It looked like complete shit but the … sheer creativity was somewhat impressive. I can’t guess what he hopes to accomplish with it, though.

Are you near any of the military bases? They (soldiers, airmen, etc.) don’t have to change their cars’ registrations to the state they’re based. Coincidentally, neither Alaska nor Washington State has property taxes on cars versus Kansas’ 1.18% per year.
