Myer-Briggers personality for Satan and God?

Well, I found out my personality type (INTJ) and was reading a list of people who had it, one of them was Augustus (sp?) Caesar and another one of them was Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes). I figured, if they could know these two personality types surely they could test what God and Satan from the Bible would be right? Does anyone know if they have been tested? Does anyone know some other strange people that have been tested? (if so please post their type, I’d really appreciate it!) thanks. -Ben

Er, I believe it’s Myers Briggs.

And that is absolutely all I’m going to say on the subject, other than to say that I doubt very much whether either God or Satan would sit still for this sort of thing–Satan because he invented it and has already “been there, done that”, and God because even with All Eternity at His disposal, He doesn’t have time to waste with silly stuff like this.

Warning-This is the most depressing thing I’ve ever read. It’s a magnificent work, but depressing as …Hell.

thx for the correction, I know it’s myer briggs not briggers lol. It was late when I posted it and was talking to someone on the phone.

I figured, that since they can even determine the personality type of a cartoon (Calvin) and they can also determine the personality type of Augustus Caesar, they must be able to do it to God and Satan. They’ve left us plenty of info, for us to fill it out based on their actions.

I think any Myers-Briggs analysis of God, Satan, or any other personality unable to answer for him or herself would tell you more about the analyst than it would about the personality being analyzed.

I’m an INTJ, myself, by the way. And for the curious, this page has some good info with examples of famous real and fictional personalities.

The page linked to by KneadToKnow has Calvin (the cartoon character) as an INFP.

They do list Calvin Coolidge as an INTJ, though.

OMG! Somebody else read this book? I found it years ago in my college library and loved it. I don’t remember it being depressing, but I do remember it being hysterical and quite thought-provoking.

Just Some Poor Schmuck.

Hmm, well it’s distinctly written on the paper I have at home, that “Calvin (from calvin and hobbes) is a classic example of a juvenile INTJ in action. It’s no wonder because his creator is one too.” (It’s written something to this affect, I don’t have the paper right in front of me). None-the-less my point was that they could even figure out what a fictional characters MB test would be, surely they could test God or anyone else of interest from the past.

Wouldn’t it be… interesting… if they turned out to have the same type?

I stick my neck out here and say… if they can “test” or “evaluate” cartoon characters and long-dead individuals, then it is highly suspect at best.

MB was the fad in the USAF for a while and according to reports from NCOs, they were using MB results to place certian people in certian jobs and deny others.
