Mystery buffalo wing sauce that is the best

There is this pizza place I go to where the pizza is not even all that great but they give you this white buffalo wing type sauce with it that is soooo good. I asked them what brand it was and they didn’t want to tell me. It is similar to blue cheese dressing in that it is chunky and tastes somewhat similar but it’s different. I tried kens steakhouse blue cheese dressing and it is not the same. Does anyone know what it might be? When I google buffalo wing sauce it just brings up the hot red sauce and not the white kind, is there another name for the white kind that you dip it in?

Blue cheese dressing is the traditional condiment. Ranch is also common.

Perhaps they make it themselves? Blue cheese dressing is primarily just blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream/yogurt, some kind of acid like lemon juice or vinegar, and some spices.

If you really need to know, I’d suggest you tip big and be really nice to a server, or failing that, go snoop around their dumpster.

As a Buffalo area resident I’d like to clear up some things;

-Buffalo’s don’t have wings.

-Authentic sauce is made with Frank’s red hot and margarine in a 50/50 mix.
Anything else is hearsay. :stuck_out_tongue:

Parmesan-garlic is a pretty popular sauce at BW3s/Buffalo Wild Wings.
Here’s a knockoff recipe.
