Yep, looks like Veronica Lake… if she’d gone back in time to kill John Connor.
My first thought was Eva Peron http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Eva_peron_official_state_portrait_3.jpg
That’s a painting, but it she looks pretty close there to what she looks like in photographs.
Well, if the ‘date’ on that photograph is accurate at all, Ms. Lake would have been 7, if that pic was actually taken in 1929. And Ms. Peron would have been about 10.
My gut is thinking ‘royalty’ rather than movie star, but my brain has checked out entirely. There’s just no room in there for who-begot-whom-and-lives-in-what-palace.
Erm, and I was thinking 1929 instead of what appears to be 1926, so change the ages up there accordingly. Still far too young for eitherof them, though.

I thought of V. Lake, too, but it’s really not. Nose & eyes are wrong.
It seems almost like I’ve seen her somewhere, but maybe it’s just someone obscure.
Thats not a 9 before the 26, so I doubt it’s a year. It looks more like a “Q”.
She does look familiar.
