Mystery Mafia -- Game Thread

Leipzig is nothing, just a reference from “The Micros.”

I am/was a PLO8 specialist - still play a bit on Cake but it’s hard to take it seriously anymore when I have a withdrawal request from May still pending. Since Black Friday I’ve ran bad at WSOP and have started putting more effort into my job (but WW is reversing that trend).

Ouch, hopefully you didn’t drop out for poker. I was considering quitting my job for poker, thankfully that never happened.

It wasn’t my decision

though saying dropped out sounds better

i didn’t get the grades because i didn’t hand work in

and yes, poker is a job i’m heavily considering atm.

but i can still play online, I would never consider it if i was american.

i’m not the oldest but still in the older bracket. i graduated from college in '93.

Sick brag being a poker player that’s not American these days. I am obviously a citizen and resident of the Land of the Free where you can play scratch-offs at the 7-11 around the corner to your heart’s content but not play poker online. My younger brother graduated college this May and was going to play poker full time, but that’s not really possible now.

I love cougars. How YOU doin’? ducks

you can hold and fire a gun when your 18 but you can’t have a drink till your 21 and you can never ever ever play poker online

I ***only ***date cougars. Not only do they appreciate a young man but they show that appreciation with unmatched skill. And that only makes me want to repay them in kind.

Rowr.

I finished High School in 1980 (we don’t call it a graduation over here) so it looks like I am only about a year or so younger than Peeker

Plus you can vote for president and die for your country to boot.

Yeh I was 17 when I graduated. And since my bday is in September I couldn’t even have a beer when I started college. That was back in the day when 18 was legal.

April, and I skipped a grade so I graduated at barely 17.

This probably is as stoopid as it gets. Does anyone remember b & w tv. And only 5 stations. And PBS and the Mexican channel were sporadic. Plus they signed off around midnight after playing the national anthem. And then it was just static until 5:45 when they did the farm report. Corn is up a nickel and the price of packer cows is trending lower over most of the area.

My prowling days are long over, my friend.

I bet you have made up for it since then

Certainly have. And let me tell that rehab is a fucking hoot.

Same here.

And peeker, I remember when the TV used to go off at midnight. Of course, I was pretty young so I’m not sure what I was doing up so late. But that was back when parents didn’t care about their kids and let them stay up late and ride their bikes without wearing a helmet and play in the woods all day by themselves.

Carp. We didn’t even wear seatbelts and my dad would let me sit on his lap and steer. Heh heh.

And mom would have dinner ready when dad got home. And you ate together without tv or nothing else going. And you did the report of what you did that day and what you learned and why that was important. Really twilight zonish.

And this really shows my age. If the cable goes out my knee jerk is to go look for some foil to wrap wound the antenna.
