I know there are a bunch of Mythbuster fans on the board. There’s an article in the Los Gatos (CA) Weekly Times about the show and Myth-Hottie Kari Byron.
Most important revelation in the story: Kari will have a four page spread in the June issue of FHM magazine.

No where in that article did they mention her finest attribute and the reason she’s on that show…her rack.
I did like the part about her butt getting scanned for the airplane toilet myth (I musta missed that episode).
Oh it was great, they scanned her butt, then made it bigger. She was mortified as I recall.
It was really early on (like the second or third episode). She didn’t become a regular on the show until the second season when they brought her, Tory and Scottie in as the “Mythterns”.
If you look around the net I think there are screen-caps of her from that part of the episode in her skin-tight body suit.
I thought Tory, Scottie and Kari were the Build Team, and the other girl (with the dark hair, I forget her name) was the Mythtern.
Christine, that was her name, wasn’t it?

Whatever happened to Scottie? We’ve been watching DVRed episodes, and we haven’t seen her in ages. I always liked her (well, particularly because she’s terribly competent and could kill Kari and eat her.) If my boyfriend goes nuts over one more cute pair of arm warmers, or another hat, on that girl…
There are girls on the show?

I have no cite, but I seem to recall that she left because her time at MythBusters was cutting into her real life, and she didn’t want to dump that for the show.

Yep, Christine. I thought the others were called mythterns too, but you may be right about their titles. Anyway, they’ve since been promoted to full-fledged mythbusters like Jamie and Adam.
Yeah she was, about a month ago or so. Kind of a so-so interview, but Kari sure does clean up real good. 
There used to be a Doper like that. I don’t think she made the transition from the AOL boards, which is unfortunate. She was fun!
