Name my wife's new cafe!

How about Demitasse? It’s French, pronouncable by Americans, relevant, and sounds elegant yet cute.

I’m an Edith Piaf fan (and I like French/Euro bistros, too), so my vote must be: Padam. Depending on who you ask it’s either a slang term for Paris or it’s an onomatopoeia for a clock ticking (I don’t hear it, but whatever…). Either way, for me it’s evocative of WWII era French cafe culture.

ETA: I read in the translation of the lyrics it’s actually the sound of a song Piaf is singing about that she can’t forget.
