Name of movie where neighbor changed their name to Shitler?

I can’t remember the name of this movie – It was an Irish comedy. A brief scene included a joke about their neighbors from Germany originally named Hitler, but to remove the stigma they changed their name to Shitler. Does anyone remember the name of this movie? It was probably form the 80s or 90s. Thanks.

I can’t swear to it, but I think it may have been “An Everlasting Piece”.

I don’t specifically remember that line from the movie but it’s been awhile Google doesn’t have much (anything) on the subject, though.

I’ve watched that movie several times – I have it on videocassette! I don’t recall that line.
