We’ve got friends in the Lewiston area, and the Bangor area. We think Augusta is nicely situated in between, and would offer a fair amount of culture, variety, and job opportunities.
Sahirrnee, tell them to poke your arm, not your fingers. If they have a issue with that, tell them you would love to discuss it with their supervisor/replacement.
Also, drink a bottle of water before the vampires show–more volume, better gushing.
Cool!
I’ve always had gentle cute little Black girls do it, but the last cute little Black girl made me hurt like hell.
I mentioned it, and she was quite defensive. Once she gets the needle out of my vein, I’ll ask to discuss it with her Supervisor or replacement.
Home at last, about time I guess.
We had lunch and then some dessert later in the evening. My friends neighbor came over and we always find lots to laugh about.
I will remember that Vorlon, because it really hurt.
Home, and off all weekend. Between 2 hockey games, and all the Doctor Who stuff on BBCA, I am in Nerdvana.
Good luck, Drae! I have hockey Peeps somewhere in Maine. And remember to avoid sewer clowns.[sup]10[/sup]
Flytrap, a Hallohanahchristkwanzaaving Day Ham?:dubious:
I’ve never had a parsnip, I assumed they were made up to scare British Chlidren during the Great War: “Peter, eat your parsnips, or The Beastly Hun[sup]TM[/sup] will invade your bedroom!”
Blurf! Caturday! Got to go and do the ironing in a minute, when I can muster some enthusiasm.
Drae, I’ve been to Maine. It was very pretty, I’d go back again…isn’t that enough of a recommendation for you?
Today there will be errands in town and Workout 28 of the 30-day plan. I think it is also taco night tonight, and it’s definitely cocktails night. That probably means tomorrow will be spent recovering!
Higgs stayed quiet till *almost *6 - I guess that’s something. She’s been fed, but I still need to clean the cat box. Today’s supposed to be sunny and chilly, then the mega-cold front comes thru and it’ll get cold for the next week at least. I’m thinking I’ll have some studio time today.
Meanwhile, I may crawl back under the covers in a little bit, because I can. Lazy day ahead, methinks.
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. ‘Tis a dreary, gloomy 63 Amurrkin out. We’ve had a few rain showers off and on overnight and even now every few minutes a little bit of rain. Today’s predicted high is 74 with the rain goin’ away within a couple of hours. Should be a nice day.
We are goin’ shoppin’ for Christmas presents for the two boys ages two and six we chose from a list at OYKW’s irk. The six year old wants a basketball and the two year old wants a big push around truck. Also we have clothin’ sizes. So we shall get the basketball and truck (I’m thinkin’ firetruck, cause, hey, firetruck!) as well as a couple pairs of pants and a couple shirts for each. In a couple weeks the givin’ tree will be up at the church house and we’ll choose another couple of kiddies to get stuff for. This is the Christmasy/Holiday type stuff we like to do. We do this rather than buy stuff for each other. Plus it’s fun to shop for stuff like this.
I should do some ironin’ today. We shall see.
Now I need more caffiene and should consider feedin’ rumbly tummy. I think maybe I can hold out on that for a little while and we could just go out for brekkies before we go shoppin’. Sounds like a plan to me!
it’s a partly cloudy breezy 44 degrees with a projected high of 50.
Nothing on the agenda today except for irk.
Good luck Drae Change is scary but good.
I should start Christmas shopping today as well. Actually I already started, I have a bunch of stuff sitting in my account at Amazon. I like to get everything done before Thanksgiving so I am free to do other things during the holidays but I’m really not in the mood to shop. I have no idea what to get Sah-son because he never wants anything.
