The way you’ve spelled it, it would be pronounced chi-cher-chee. “C” in front of an “e” or “i” is “ch”. To be pronounced as you’ve sounded it out in the OP, it would have to be Siserci. Which looks absolutely nothing like an Italian name to this half-Italian-American person. Then again, all of my family are Calabrese, so it could very well be a northern Italy name.
