Mama, the televison show as differentiated from the movie I Remember Mama. We had the book in our house because we’re a Norwegian family and this is a distinctly Norwegian (immigrant) story.

Nope, though you caused me to doubt my memory. A pause and a hard think made me realize I was remembering correctly. It did indeed have to do with “hillbilly” cartoon characters, but it was a different cartoon studio’s portrayal.
