Name you guilty cartoon pleasure

I was gonna try to do something not quite amusing like link to a risque, but not inappropriate, photo of ol’ Kimmy, and discovered that there is some very inappropriate stuff out there. So that I don’t have to do any self flagellation, I’ll only link to this and go put bleach in my eyes. Man, I knew the internet had a dark side, but c’mon!

Family Guy
Simpsons
Futurama
South Park

You know, the canonized 'toons. I occasionally enjoy Cowboy Bebop, Sealab, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Jackie Chan Adventures and…yes…Pokemon.

I am such a dork.

Ok I just feel the need to say that Space ghost Coast To Coast is one of the best cartoons ever. That and Cardcaptors are my reason for guilt

I love any vintage Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, or Popeye cartoons. They have to be the really old ones, though. Some of those were real works of art. Also, Comedy Central has a great lineup late on Sunday nights. Dilbert, Undergrads, and Gary & Mike (that one’s actually claymation). And South Park, of course.

Simpsons
Johnny Bravo
Cow & Chicken (don’t ask)
Dexter’s Lab
Sheep in the big city

OK, what am I doing with my LIFE? :sniff:

**Manduck ** – I’m the one working the “big font” sctick on this Board.
Quit tryin’ ta beat my time!

I adore Jimmy Neutron much to the shame of my boys.

“guilty” pleasure?

the last five minutes of “Cool World”
Thundercats (Cheetara…rowr)
Duckman ("You get your down down…and then you thrust your pelvis–thrust your pelvis–thrust your pelvis…)
Kidd Video (in both original flavor and new surreal versions!)

IT’S BACK! I knew it would be back :). Friday nights on Speed channel.

Truly guilty guilty pleasure here.

Pokemon.

I’ve watched it often with my son but the other day, he wasn’t there and I came upon an episode where Ash was up against Gary for the first round of the Johto league championship. I couldn’t turn the channel.

And I’ll admit it here. I liked the first movie! The part where Pikachu was running from the evil pokeballs going “pika pika pika” as he ran and then “CHOOOOO!!!” as he blasted them with his lighting.

That’s the only kid oriented cartoon I’ve watched without my kids in a long time. Although I would probably watch The Justice League if I it was on and nothing else I wanted to watch was on.

Digimon.

Not so bad, you say?

Well…I liked the Third season. It might even have been better than Season Two.

Season One was passable, if that. And Season Four…feh. No interest from me at all.

Clifford the Big Red Dog. It’s exactly my speed in the morning, though it makes me sad to think that someone else will be doing Clifford’s voice now that John Ritter is gone.

Also, the Wild Thornberries is kinda cute.

Add My Life As A Teenaged Robot to the list.

The title character is delightful!

Of course, I’m a big Astro Boy fan.

And '“Astro Boy” is returning to TV in 2004!

Totally Spies Especially Sam.

I think I broke the embarrometer.

I’ve got more cartoons than anything else set up on my TiVo. Current favorites are Futurama, Kim Possible, and Lilo & Stitch. (I wish they’d start broadcasting new Home Movies and Sealab 2021, already). I keep thinking I should be embarrassed by how much “kids’ programming” I watch, but I just can’t.

My guilty pleasure is Pokemon. It’s a really awful cartoon and I can’t find much of anything redeeming about it, but it’s bizarrely engrossing. Looks like Team Rocket’s blasting off again!

Gargoyles is my favorite.

Lusting after Demona, eh? :dubious:
