So this lady is some kind of general assistant to Donald Trump. Rumors are wild, including saying she carries diapers, etc. around for him. None of that is really proven.
The thing is, it does appear that some of her letters to Trump are real. She says things like:
This is so bizarre and honestly pretty pathetic. He’s 80. She’s 35. He’s…well, he’s married. I know he and Melania are not exactly close, but this is a bizarre relationship.
Has anyone else heard about this whole crazy situation? It’s so strange.
I’ve only heard what’s out there recently. And I speculate that the situation is every bit as sickening as I could imagine, if I wanted to punish myself.

One thing to note, quoting from the above article:
The extraordinary letters were written in 2023, either during or after Harp accompanied Trump on a trip to Scotland and Ireland. She was 31 and Trump was 76.
So may or may not reflect their current relationship - I’m not choosing not to speculate at this point, until I have more information.

Just a reminder though, the OP has chosen this for P&E. Yes, expressing reasons why many people would find her choice perplexing is on topic, but do keep the rants about Trump to a minimum.
The story I’ve heard is that Harp was diagnosed with bone cancer, standard chemotherapies failed to work for her, but an off-label or experimental drug did, apparently; and she credited a trump 1.0 era ‘right to try’ bill for it, becoming beholden to trump in gratitude.
Thing is, the off-label drug she was put on was not green-lit as part of the ‘right to try’ legislation; she was actually put on the drug a few months before the bill was passed. So, like most things trump and trump-related, her ‘undying fealty to trump’ origin story is a lie (or at least a misconception).
There are credible reports that she has had recent plastic surgery and gone blonde to look more like Trump’s “type”—think Marla Maples (when she was younger) and Ivanka (ick!).
She’s like one of those women who write serial killers in prison and then marry them.
What does appear to be proven is that she carries a portable computer printer around (in a big backpack) as she travels with Trump, so that she can print out flattering news stories and social media posts about him, for him to read. This has led to her being nicknamed “The Human Printer.”
It also appears that she is one of the people (possibly the primary person) who posts under Trump’s name on social media, possibly at his dictation.
Another point which is in question, given how close she is to Trump on a daily basis, and how involved she is in his daily activities, is that she apparently played this role for a year before applying for a security clearance.
There are a lot of people in this world who are just looking for a sense of purpose, a sense of importance, proximity to power. Religious fundamentalists are mentally primed toward absolute surrender toward an authority figure who can supply it, especially the women.
This type of person is also very flattering to Trump’s psyche. Throw in the fact that she’s the cookie-cutter skinny blonde type that he collects, and she becomes ideally positioned to become his emotional-support animal.
Of course it goes without saying that in a situation like this, she’d instantly fulfill any and every sexual demand for him. That’s probably happened, may be ongoing. But I don’t think that’s mainly what it’s about. I don’t think Trump any longer has sex as you & I understand it, and I think her interest is less romantic and more authority-worship, which is really all Trump has ever wanted.
I really don’t understand how and why people find him so compelling that they’re willing to support him so fervently. For her, perhaps it’s a psychosexual attraction but I’m sure that’s not what works for everyone.
This just showed up in my video feed. I had only ever seen brief excerpts of her letters to trump. This is a comedic read of an entire actual letter she wrote.
Per my post above, I had been willing to give her a little benefit of the doubt, assuming she actually believed the “trump saved me from bone cancer because of the ‘right to try’ bill” narrative, but I think I’m fully in the ‘she is batshit crazy’ camp now…
