I had a couple of coworkers, one from the UK (east coast of England ancestry as far as he knew), one from southern Sweden. We remarked on how similar they looked. Then at one point someone said something to which both of them reacted with the same exact, complicated gesture: frown, hands interlocked behind head, tilt chair back. There was a general exclamation of “they’re TWINS!” The similarity became one of the project’s in-jokes.

There’s a guy on YouTube with the channel “Human”. His videos are mainly about his tree felling job but he also covers other tool/job/vehicle stuff. He reminds me of Rowe. Not so much in the face (esp. since he has grown that stupid neck beard), but in terms of style of talking and doing fun guy stuff with tools.
