Have you ever missed an episode of your favorite show then missed it again on every re-run?
I’m watching the marathon now, but, I have to go run some errands, so I’m sure I’ll miss it once again. :rolleyes:
I’ve missed the NCIS episode where Tony’s relationship with Jeanne Benoit ended. I know there was some sort of on-going investigation, but no details. what happened and why.

Jeanne was the daughter of La Grenouille, the arms dealer Shepard was after for-freaking-ever. Tony’s Mustang blew up; everyone thought he was inside, but one of Grenouille’s men was driving it. After the explosion, Tony confessed to Jeanne that he was a Federal agent; she left him after that, and at the end of the episode, La Grenouille turned up dead.
Tony was under orders from Shepard to hook up with Jeanne to try to get info on La Grenouille, but he unfortunately fell in love with her.

I didn’t see that episode, and it’s just as well.
I’d have been hoping Tony got himself smithereened. Not that I find him annoying or anything.
Aw, Tony is merely a foil, without him, McGee and Ziva would have no one to be annoyed with. Comic relief is more important than you might think.
