I like this show a lot so far; the original series has drifted into comic book-ey territory gradually but irrevocably. Origins has overall better characterization and more engaging stories, and it’s just more of a cop show, in a good way. Also, any show with Lori Petty and Bobby Moynihan in supporting roles is going to be pretty damned watchable.
The latest episode is pretty good–Gibbs does his first suspect interview, blows it horribly, and manages to recoup the case. My question is, what makes this particular case navy-related?
