Help~
My neck feels stiff, actually, it is the lower part of the neck, nearer to the throat and it is throbbing with pain even now, making me feel as if I am suffocating.
Any idea as how to relieve the pain?
See a doctor. The “throbbing” part is disturbing, so see one NOW.
