A few years ago, I had an iPad, and used this app called Assembly. For someone like me, possessing the artistic talent of an orangutang with severe arthritis, this app was the perfect tool to create little designs and icons. It was free, but I thought I would have paid top dollar for it.
Since then, owing to various reasons, I know have Android phone and tablet, and a Windows laptop. Assembly doesn’t do Android. I’ve looked in vain for an equivalent. Any help there from the Teeming Millions?
