Maybe a borderline GQ topic, but opinions may be involved, so…
I need a smartphone app that will do the following steps with as little fuss and hassle as possible:

[li]Take a photo (of a document)…[/li][li]At a preset resolution (much less than full photo size)…[/li][li]Show a preview of the photo and allow go/no-go…[/li][li]On “go,” email the image to a preset address…[/li][li]On both Android and iPhone.[/li][/ol]
All of that can be done manually, but we’d like to automate the process as much as possible. Is there any app that does something like this - for e-check deposit, timesheet submission (our need), race document submission, etc.?
(Not looking for discussion of the basic process - right now, we have a growing number of field workers who have to submit hand-written timesheets once a week, and we’re trying to find a streamlined procedure. We might look at a completely software/app-based solution in about a year.)
