Need help finding 3-player XBox games

Our weekly group has dropped from 4 players to 3. So we’re looking at games that are fun with 3 people. And we only have XBox.

Please, any suggestions are appreciated. Be sure to mention the genre (or best guess) as well. Also, games were you normally play 2 or 4 players but where you have a good way to play as 3. For example, in Madden, it’s the human team against the other 2 guys.

We have Madden, and will continue to primarily play Madden. Any good sports games (other than football) are possibilities.

We have Project Gotham Racing, but the problem with racing is that the 3 of us are vastly different skill levels. Other types of racing are possibilities. (Motocross? Wipeout-style futuristic racing?)

We have finished Hunter: The Reckoning. Not bad as a 3-player. Any others like it?

We have Halo, of course. But we get stomped into the dirt online, and 3-man Halo is…eh.

We have Tiger Woods Golf, but it’s boring. You only play 1/3 of the time, and the play you do is akin to adjusting the volume. IOW, not interactive enough.

So, that’s where I’m coming from. Any good 3-player RPGs? RTSs? FPSs? Sports? Extreme Sports? (Just no tricks. I can’t stand skateboard-style tricks.) Mountain Bikes? Wakeboarding? Hack & Slashers? Adventures? Arcade? Stealth? Spy? Driving Shooters?

Anything?

Yeah, that’s a great pick. In looking at it, I see it mentioned that it is “great online or single player.” We are all in the same room. Does it support standalone (not online) multiplayer?

Dungeons and Dragons Heroes. Good multi player (up to four) or single. Similar hack and slash to Baldur’s Gate.

Cel Damage. Cartoon driving shooter. Fun stuff.
