Whats some good Xbox games to get? (Besides Halo)

I just got an Xbox and I must say that I like it alot. I rented Hunter:The Reckoning and it is one of the best games I have played in a long time. My friend let me borrow Halo and I am going to try it this weekend.

What games do you recommend besides Halo? What games should be avoided at all costs?

BTW, I bought Gun Valkyrie and it is the worst game I have played in a while.

Get Hunter. Its sweet.

I would recommend DOA3 and Rally Sport Challenge if you like racing games.

Extended Play (on TechTV) gave Chase (a stunt driving game) a good review. They said not to get Stunt Driver by accident because contains mucho sucking.

Id actually recommend Project Gotham if you like racing. I think the gameplay is much deeper than Rallisport challenge. The kudos system is fun. I can be of more help if I know what type of PC games you like, that is if you play them.

Crazi Taxi 3 (if you’ve never played the other versions)
Max Payne is cool but is over too fast i finished it in a weekend.
DOA3 is fun with multiple people but otherwise it’s over too fast as well.
Spy Hunter is pretty good
The james bond game (don’t recall the title) blows
Dead to Rights

Those are the only one’s i’ve played so far.

SSX Tricky is one of the most “fun” games out there, with lots of replay value.

MotoGP is the best racing game I’ve played so far but that’s not saying a whole heck of alot.

Halo of course, is one of the best games I’ve ever played. Awesome music and visuals, high replay value, and you can play online already.

Mad Dash is also pretty fun but very short and no replay value.

Do not miss out on at least renting Jet Set Radio Future. That game is pure fun factor.

Dead to Rights- Just beat this one and it was hard as hell, but worth it. I really liked the auto target system and the disarms.

Gun Valkyrie- If you’re a glutton for punishment. Bar none the hardest console game I’ve ever played. The control scheme is also a little screwy.

DOA3- Doesn’t get the respect of Tekken or Virtua Fighter but a quality fighter in its own right, and breath taking graphics.

NFL Blitz- If you want to play an actual football game get Madden, if you just want to have a good time kicking some ass get Blitz.
