Like the title says.
I am helping a Chinese lady learn English atm and am creating worksheets for her. I am also sharing these worksheets with ESL teachers (hence the public domain bit). Anyways I have found appropriate images for male and female front view external anatomy, head, limbs and mouth (internal and external). I am having difficulty finding an appropriate external anatomy back view, female and male reproductive/urinary (internal and external).
Yes my google fu is weak:(
My preference is for not too complicated line drawings.

I was going to say Gray’s Anatomy, but those aren’t what you’d call “simple”. (It’s here if you want to use it.)
Medscape offers what you’re looking for, but they’re copyrighted. However, they’re intended to be used for educational purposes, so you might be OK there.

I went to the Wikimedia Commons and searched “male urinary tract” which led me to this drawing of a catheter.
Under the drawing it said the source was the National Institute of Health and insinuates that most NIH images are public domain.
There’s a link on the page under “Source” which goes to this NIH page and it actually has two much better urinary tract pictures (no catheter).
At the bottom of the page there it says:
“This publication is not copyrighted. The Clearinghouse encourages users of this publication to duplicate and distribute as many copies as desired.”
Not sure if those pics meet your needs exactly, but perhaps you can use Wikimedia + NIH, or just the NIH site to get what you need.
