The simple answer is found in Commandment 6, 7 and 10.

Thou shalt not kill
Thou shalt not commit adultery
Thou shalt not covet (- thy neighbor’s wife’s ass -)

As we have seen, those don’t actually answer the question at all, since they don’t preclude the exceptions that have been cited.
