I see posts like this all the time. What is the proper way to enter a search on, say, Google to find song lyrics and/or tab?

For lyrics your best bet is to check out the links from last week’s GQ thread on this topic: Looking for e-Lyrics.

I just type “lyrics Songname Bandname” on Google. That usually works just fine with most songs. It might take me a little more searching to find obscure ones, but I’m usually singing along before the first chorus ends.
