need help managing my inbox

I need to get rid of a lot of PMs but only 7 are displayed in my inbox and I don’t see how to get to the other 241. I have the option to delete them but I’d like to see them first, just in case.

how do I get to the ones “stored”?

I have fiddled with the “display options” dates but all I have managed to do is make the 7 in my inbox disappear. and then re-appear.

I’m puzzled that the 7 in my in box can’t be the 7 most recent because 3 of them are from 2017. :dubious:

Do you have a bunch in your “sent” folder? Those count toward the total. I recently cleaned out my inbox and after deleting all but like 10 from my inbox it still showed I had several dozen PM’s. The rest were in my “sent” folder.

yes, I deleted everything in “sent” and now I have tons of room again.
