Well i got banned from a website, and now they have banned my IP, since i am on Cable, there is no way i know of to make my IP appear different, in order to get me back on the site. Can anyone help?
You must be joking.
I don’t think you’ll find anyone willing to help you break the rules of that site. If you were banned for a good reason, then you should learn from whatever you did wrong and ask nicely to return. Even if it was for a bad reason, it’s unreasonable to expect people here to help you break whatever terms that website has.

could you henceforth use ‘ip address’, instead of just ‘ip’? simply using IP lends itself to ambiguity.
We do not need nor want this sort of discussion on this message board. If you want to get back in somewhere you’ve been banned, then you need to talk to the people who banned you. End of story.
