I think there is a case where someone bought a computer from Dell.
After he got home he didn’t read an additional agreement attached in box that says that he must return the goods within some time to claim a refund.
He claimed that because he didn’t read the agreement he is not bound by the agreement.
The court says that because the agreement is there, then he had a choice, namely to simply return the goods, then he is still bound.
I am looking for the court case. Been trying to find it in search engine. P…something vs Dell or something.
