Need to shrink screen size

The ??Task bar?? that includes (user cp)(register)(calendar)(members)(f.a.q.) (sea—are visible

(rch) (home) are off screen.

I need to use the bottom slide to see them.

Minimize doesn’t do it.

Is there a way for me to adjust that?

What does X  Close Current Tag

                  X  Close All Tags

Mean?????
