I got a rush request for 5 dozen cupcakes for tomorrow, and I’m out of baking cups. They have to be the siliconized ones that are made of brown parchment paper(otherwise, the cakes stick like they’re holding on for dear life) Is there a baker buddy out there to get me out of this jam?
The store I work for sells them at a discount, and I get an employee discount on top of that. Five dozen are on the way.

Oh sorry. I need some fabric softener. The dryer quit and I hate having crunchy towels from dry g them outside.
I have some you can use. You don’t need it though if you run your solar dried towels through a 5-10 minute no heat or fluff cycle after you bring them in. Uncrunches towels, jeans, and undies. Assuming of course your dryer still tumbles. Spring has re-appeared maybe to stay this time and I need some perennial rye-grass to cover up the dog spots in my lawn.
Well, I don’t have any grass seed personally, but the landscaper people are coming by today, I am sure they have some in the truck. I will get you some from them.

Anyone got any real maple syrup to spare? Not that maple flavored crap? I wants me some French toast!
Just stocked up on maple syrup at Trader Joe’s, a quart bottle for 8 bucks. I bought 4, maple syrup prices are supposed to rise very high, due to unfavorable weather conditions. It’s Grade B, much more flavorful and less bitter than the highly-touted Grade A. Come a-runnin’.
Anyone have borage seeds? I’m planting a garden specifically for honeybees, and borage is an excellent nectar source. The flowers are blue, white or pink, I’ll take whatever you got.
You can have mine. They aren’t proper for the native midwest prairie I’m trying to start. I could use a few more 1 gallon ice cream pails with matching lids to freeze up some of my garden produce.

I have eggs, but they are already hard-boiled. I buy them by the dozen for $2.85. I pass up the 1/2-dozen quantity bags because they cost $3.29!!
I need a shovel, rounded V tip, preferably, to dig a small, shallow ditch about 6 feet long, from a ponding area in the middle of my unpaved driveway to the roadside ditch, so the newspaper deliverer won’t be able to throw it into the puddle.
Never mind. I borrowed one from the lady across the street and the water flowed ot of the puddle overnight. All I need now is a jar of pickles, sweet crosscut preferably (choosy beggar am I), to put on my White Castle sliders.
Never mind again. My store is out of White Castle products. All I need is a banana for my cereal.

I have about a pound of Korintje cinnamon, from Indonesia. It’s the most fragrant kind, it’s also the one Cinnabon uses(nom nom nom…) Bring your bottle.
I’m all out of baking parchment. How can I make CCC without it? Can anyone spare a roll? I SWEAR I’m gonna’ buy 5 next time I’m at the supermarket. I HATE to run out of stuff I really need. :mad:
