Oh, I’m so sorry to hear this y’all. I’m feeling your grief - we lost a grandmother in our family last Sunday, too. Rest in peace Mother.
Rico, I see that you live in Utah; (not to assume that everyone in Utah is Mormon, but) was your mom a believer? If so, then she believed she was going to a better world. I’ve discussed death with my mother, who is Christian. She’s afraid of the pain of dying, but knows she’ll be with her Savior and is looking forward to seeing His face and spending eternity in His presence. Could your mom have felt the same way? If so, please take comfort in the thought that she’s where she wants to be right now & no longer in pain.
