I remember playing some game for NES as a kid, in which a “pudding cup” was an item that you could use. I think it was a power up or something. I wish I had more specific information than that, but it’s all I can remember.
Any ideas?

It appears to be the NES game based on the film Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure.

Now, if it was Jellybeans…
A Boy and his Blob was the weirdest game I think I’ve ever played.
I’ve got two ideas:
First-
Kickle cubicle, kind of a puzzle game where you push around blocks of ice to get .to food. Haven’t played it in at least ten years, but have fond memories of it.
Second-
You might be misremembering Earthbound, an SNES game. If it’s quirky, that game probably had it. I last played about three hours ago, when my roommate missed out a reference to the final battle, such that I had to show him.
Heh. It’s definitely Bill and Ted.
I’m fairly certain it was the ‘Bill and Ted’ game. I still have a very old Nintendo Power magazine with a guide for that game in it.
The other game I thought of was ‘Maniac Mansion’, but I’m pretty sure that isn’t it.
