Does anyone have problems with AOL and trying to access Netflix. I have a friend who has AOL and she cannot get on the Netflix site. I erased her cookies and that let me onto the site but then it asked me to allow Explorer or Netscape to accept cookies. I checked Explorer and then AOL to accept cookies and now I can’t get on the Netflix site.
What gives?
I have problems every time I visit the site. I get kicked off when I try to read preview pop-ups but I can add things to my queue (although about half the time I get kicked as soon as it’s added). I asked customer service if there was a problem with the site a few days ago and they blamed my browser with no suggestions on how to fix it.
