Interesting choices but im one of the people who liked the individual episodes but didn’t like the overall arc ……
like the first 3 episodes …. or the one where a weird fungus takes over the ship ….
Seems its gonna focus on the part I didn’t care… for the gangster part…

I’ve seen the anime. Knew nothing about the live action until I saw this thread. Can’t say I’m excited about this. Meh.

Well, this certainly supports the “he’s way too old to play this character” argument that has been flying around since he was cast.
Loved the anime, one of the all-time greats, kind of dubious about this latest venture, but will give it a watch anyway.
I do think it could be a great show, but I really find the casting of Cho very odd.
