Netscape 7.0 question

I finally bit the bullet and installed Netscape 7.0 – so far it’s pretty nice, aside from a few annoyances (like this message box I’m typing in is waaaay narrower than it should be…) but I’m hoping that eventually it will let me scrap IE altogether.

Got a problem, though…when Netscape imported all my IE bookmarks, instead of preserving them in alphabetical order, it kinda flung them in all willy-nilly. One of the few things I liked about IE was the ability to right-click and select “Sort By Name” which would automatically alphabetize the whole list. But I can’t find a similar way to do it in Netscape! Does anyone know how to do it?

Well, I completely agree with you. It looks like it can’t be done. That sucks.

But I did want to defend Netscape on that other point, the narrow textbox. It’s come up before, and Netscape renders it correctly. It’s IE that violates what the code says.

I guess the next question that follows is…why so narrow a reply box?

Good Lord, I’ve got over 300 bookmarks in my “Sims” folder alone. I gotta sort ‘em all by hand??? Better get crackin’ I guess…

Here you go. It took me forever to find that thread, because I kept searching General Questions. :smack:
