I recently started using my Netzero e-mail account, and I’m having a problem. Whenever I send an e-mail to more than one person, an error message pops up and says that I need to use commas to separate the names. However, there are commas there. Any ideas?
I’m assuming that you’re talking about using Netzero email on the web, as opposed to getting to it through a POP mail client, like Outlook.
If so, there must be something you’re not telling us, because if I go to Netzero’s webmail site, and enter, for example, “joeblow@hotmail.com,knighted@netzero.net” and click “send,” it works just fine.
