I think the obvious answer is from the Tiny Toons episode “The Return of Batduck.” Plucky was The Duck Knight, battling evildoers from the shadows, while they aimed their guns at Decoy, the Pig Hostage! Why else would a ninja superhero dress his less stealthy sidekick in red and green, with a big yellow circle over his heart?
