Paul I’m in agreement. What does a little bigotry and homophobia matter if you’re trying to be funny? Soon we can’t even tell jokes about how inferior different races are, because someone might be “offended”. Get over it people, you all need to lighten up. There is nothing wrong with marginalizing or belittling anyone if it makes us feel good in the process.

I was fired* in March or so 2020. The next day they rehired me due to the virus. Now I will be forced to leave on 7 April. I have not had vacation since August 2019 and am quite ready to leave. (But I am simply greedy and I hope they do not offer me another contract.)

I bought a smartphone a few months ago as well, a Samsung A10e. This is my first and the Boost Mobile guy set the whole thing up for me so now I have two Google accounts, one of which is my phone number @ gmail.com
All in all, it was a very unhappy experience, not the least reason is I am not part of a modern surveillance state. Even if I am not harmed by this, other people most certainly will be. Morally, this was very upsetting and I suspect I failed the test.

Yes, samsung is the main part of the problem, but gūgle has done some things to android in the interim that I don’t like, things like making it possible for advertisers to bypass adblocking and something, not sure what, maybe my imagination, but I just don’t even have that false sense of security anymore.
