New Dog!

Well, since I’m off work right now with the surgery, I ended up adopting a new dog today. A couple was moving and couldn’t take bth dogs, so they were rehoming a 3-year old male doberman. He name is Hercules, but I don’t know that it’ll stay that. I don’t know if the guy was thinking “Zeus” and “Apollo” from Magnum PI. He seems to be settling pretty well, although there may be a bit of food aggression.Already he won’t leave my side, but he’s enjoying the outside time, being able to really run. His old yard was tiny. Well, I need an 11th pet like I need a hole in my head, but I’m sure it’ll work out fine.

Can I come live at your house? I love all of your doggies - they are gorgeous! Red Dobes are in my top five favorites, along with Huskies, English Setters, and Standard Poodles. I’m jealous.

How lucky you are to have the space to keep such beautiful animals! Do they all get along? Are you planning to adopt any more animals?

Herc is gorgeous! So are all the rest of your dogs. Sigh. No dogs for me. Maybe someday.
