Greek. Most often translated as “The Avenging One”.
I adapted the name of a river back home and changed it into Japanese.

Ange means angel in French. Not much of a stretch, I know. 
Mine means ‘bastard’ in Russian.
Took my name from a character in the Japanese anime “la Blue Girl.” Kyomara is sex demon with hundreds of slithery phalluses protruding from all over his body, which he uses to repeatedly violate the main character and her friends in every possible orifice.
And at the end of each episode, everyone learns a valuable lesson about the meaning of honesty and friendship.
It means “Giant Cock.”
And having said all that, I now fear that no one on this board will ever speak to me again.

There IS a story there, however! 
I once saw part of an obscenity trial about a Japanese comic book. It involved some sex demons, including a tree that had sex with women. After reading Kyomara’s post, I see why the defense required someone with a Ph.D. to explain that the comic book indeed had a plot.
