I am really looking forward to Michael Richards new series where he plays a bumbling PI. Det. “Cosmo Kramer” vs Lt. Columbo, now there’s an episode!
I’m waiting for “The Tick” live-action show. It’ll probably be extremely cancelled, but it promises to be, uh, different.
I am also waiting to see how many episodes Michael Richards’ new show will last before it’s either re-tooled or cancelled.
Yeah, the Michael Richards Show is definitely the one that I’m looking the most forward to. Especially since Tim Meadows (from Saturday Night Live [the Ladies Man]) is costarring. I think he’s Michael Richards side-kick in it.
Also, I’m very interested to see Deadline. It looks good, plus I’m a big fan of Oliver Platt.
The new show featuring Michael Richards has already been significantly tinkered with – never a good sign. The new show with John Goodman has also undergone a pretty big change in premise.
It’s not a new show, but I am interested in seeing “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” now that Ice-T is supposed to join up. I’d also like to see if they finally add some freaking lawyers – at the moment, the show is almost all “Order” with occasional droplets of “Law.”
Well, I don’t want to induce any bashing on my person because of this, but I should mention that I’m interested in seeing what the new “Survivor” is going to be like. Though it’s not so bad that I can’t wait to see it.
I’m fairly interested to see what Andromeda is all about, but when it comes to TV these days I try not to get my hopes up.

And the real bad news is that apparently here in the UK, instead of being only a month behind as normal, we aren’t starting the new series till JANUARY. Four months before I can indulge my pseudo teenage fantasies. Aaaargh.
The main purpose of that show is sex, that’s all. As far as I’ve ever seen, that is. 
now, I found out Cartoon Network is going to show Silverhawks starting Sept 5th, 2:30 CT. That’s what I’m waiting for.

I am actually dreading Bette Midler’s new show. WHAT was she THINKING? This just cannot end well. I keep flashing back to Faye Dunaway’s sitcom (remember that little horror?).
I love Bette, but she is NOT a TV personality—can you imagine, say, Ethel Merman on a weekly show? Yikes!

I too want to see L&O:SVU once they add in Ice-T…should be amusing.
The only other show I really want to see is “Gideon’s Crossing.” It’s created by Paul Attatansio (sp?), the guy who helped work on Homicide. AND it has Andre Braugher. However, it’s going up against either West Wing or L&O, I forget which. sigh Hopefully ABC will give it a chance…

Deadline and Gideon’s Crossing both sound okay. My roommate is really into the idea of Andromeda being worth something, to which I respond “SORBO!”
I guess there just really isn’t much out there that I’m can get excited over, although I will happily watch anything that the other networks put on opposite “Who Want’s To Be A Millionaire?” and “Survivor II”.
