Using Homers directions, I’d be somewhere north of O’Hare Airport, probably in the town of Palatine. That’s my best guess, as I don’t have a map right here to look at. Of course to get there I travelled a good part of the way on Chicago surface streets when the Tri-State goes right there…

Using Niggle’s directions, I’d have gone a net of three blocks east and 8 blocks north… That’d put me at parking lot for the United Center(home of the Bulls and the Blackhawks). Not sure why I walked all the way down to Western Avenue to get there, since I look out my window to see it. But that’s where I’d be.

I haven’t gotten out the road map… but sitting here at work, and thinking… I’m pretty sure I’d end up out in the middle of NOWHERE. Probably somebody’s big pasture/farmland type of place actually. That fifteen miles north is the killer. Not a whole lot north of here until you get to Kelso…
