  2. Rectangular coastal area appox 150 sq miles. (This leads me think Guinea-Bissau if the clue means only the coastline.)

  3. Densly populated and impoverished.

  4. Peace talk breakdown in 2000, subsequent resumption of violence hurt local economy.

Any confirmation on my first thought, or can someone find something better.? I realize #2 is a bit vague, but she’s 12, so whatcha gonna do?

Dammit, I was wrong 2 weeks in a row to close out the season. (She’s done for the year next week.
