new KFC commercial kids playing baseball...OH SNAP!

so the new KFC commercial comes on and its kids high fiving after a ball game, then it cuts to moms high fiving as well over the dinner stuff they brought then it cuts to 2 kids eating some KFC when one says to the other.
Does your Mom “Pitch” too?

I just about peed myself, is this not the biggest Mom joke ever on prime time tv?
or is it just me?

I think I know where you’re going, but people with no penis really can’t pitch.

one word, “pegging”

I’ll bite the bullet so others won’t have to - I’m just that kind of guy:

“OK, explain it to the group of clueless people over here. Thanks.”

It’s a sex term. Pitching means you’re a top, the penetrater, or the dominant partner. Catching means you’re a bottom, the penetrated, or the submissive partner.

And just so you don’t have to do the other search, “pegging” is the practice of a woman wearing a strap-on for the purpose of penetrating the anus of a man.

That image is not accompanied by an irrestible urge to run out and buy KFC chicken.

I think you’re really reaching here. I doubt that the word ‘pitch’ makes very many people think of sex, especially in this context. In other words, it’s just you.

Yeah, I think that even advertising executives who think about nothing but sex 24/7 probably just meant “person who throws a ball over the plate for a batter to hit”. Especially considering that kids’ games will often have a single adult who pitches for both teams.

If Urban Dictionary has taught me anything, it’s that you can’t walk five feet without tripping over some perfectly ordinary word that has been repurposed as the name for some sexual act.

Yep, Grumman nailed it.

I know I have seen the commercial and I don’t get it either. So his Mom is cool and… serves tasty food? Why is this dirty?

I gotta agree.

It’s dirty because they used the word ‘pitch’. Geez, it’s so obvious.

A dirty mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Speak for yourself.

It certainly doesn’t make me want to lick my fingers.

So should I be drinking from the pitcher then?

The new trend is to repurpose a dirty word for a political organization.
