The new L&O show “Trial by Jury” (I think?) commercial has an ELP song, the one that starts “Welcome back my friends to the show that nevers, we’re so glad you could attend come inside come inside”. Anyway, for the 4th spin-off, they play this song, but the omit the line “to the show that never ends”. Which I think is quite silly on their part, because, and I’m sure I’m not the only one, whenever I see this commercial I sing “TO THE SHOW THAT NEVERS ENDS” at the top of my lungs.
Silly marketing people. I don’t forget these things!
