Although I have to scroll through an ad to find the “Have Your Say” section, which I read to find out exactly how the rest of the world can find new ways to blame America.
I like this new look too, strange what a difference a few pixels here and there will do to the look of the entire site.
The http://www.bbc.co.uk homepage, released a couple of weeks ago, is fantastic too. It’s one of the best portals I’ve ever seen: it looks so simple, yet does so much. Uses Ajax but functionally only, not for its own sake, and stores your preferences on a cookie so you don’t have to register - and looks good.
Good on the Beeb.
Makes you want to shed a tear and pay the license fee 
Glad to see footage of the flying penguins - too often ignored by wildlife documentary teams - although it’s hard to understand why.
