New recipes that have wowed you

What’s awesome about roasted cauliflower (and I say this as someone who doesn’t even like it raw) is that its flavor is pleasant (the cauliflower caramelizes) but subtle enough that almost any stronger flavor that you like can be the dominant flavor in the finished dish. So, yeah, parmesan + a spice mix sounds great and you should try it. (I definitely will.) But what else do you like? Minced garlic and herbs (our usual)? Chili powder? Italian dressing? Buffalo wing flavoring? Lots of possibilities.
