New Theory of the Changing Seasons.

It’s moving on towards autumn here in the northern hemisphere, and the Sun is setting earlier. Spike noticed that his room is darker at bedtime last night. He asked why, and I told him that the Sun was going to bed earlier, since summer was ending.

He thought about this for a few minutes, and told me I was wrong.

The Sun was going to bed early because it didn’t eat its dinner.

Boy, the Sun’s mom sure picked a bad time to introduce Brussel sprouts into the Sun’s dinner!

Bwhaaa… that really did me me cackle aloud. Who is he that is so wise in the weighs of science?

Spike’s wisdom is tempered by the fact that he is 80 pounds of crazy in a 40 pound package.

I forgot to put in my order of liver and Brussels sprouts for the Sun’s dinner last Saturday. :smack: It was Yom Kippur, and the fast ends at sunset. An earlier sunset would have been nice.
