I could actually watch that!

I think an Admiral Ackbar
It’s a trap(launcher)!
I have a question about the Worgen/Forsaken quest line, but it’s spoilery:
How do you get to the quests where Lorna is taken captive and Crowley refuses to sacrifice her? I’ve done the Worgen quests through to Darnassus, but when I was trying to find this out, it sounds like that part comes as part of the Forsaken storyline? Is it the starter questline for Forsaken?
That’s entirely in the Silverpine Forsaken questline, I think. I haven’t tried to go back to Gilneas after the evacuation, yet, though, so it MAY and I just don’t know about it.
It’s the conclusion of the quest line in Silverpine Forest (level 10-20 or so).
Well, I guess I’ll be rolling a Forsaken soon!
Join ussssss, Dark lady watch over you…
Though I have one fewer Forsaken after last night. Though my faction transfer (worgen rogue to forsaken) went through and I was able to set up my character and get him where I want him last night I woke up to an email from Blizzard saying they were cancelling the requests as they thought I had been hacked. This seems to me not the right way to go about it surely they should flag it before they do the transfer?
Damnit, guess I’ll have to roll one of those… there ain’t such a thing as too many alts but dangit, sometimes I hate being a completist. Undead stink!
You could take any Hordie over and do the quests at over-level if you wanted. I mean, I did them on my troll druid.
You could even do them at-level on a different race. Roll a Tauren or Orc and zep over to Brill, or take a Belf through the teleporter to Undercity and you’re right there.
Throughout the whole Harrison Jones quest chain, I was wondering where Brann was. I’d gotten so used to taking him through the Halls of Stone that I just expect him to show up wherever there’s Titan tech. The end of the chain was a worthy payoff.
30% of the way through level 84…I thought I’d hit 85 in Uldum, but the XP needed to hit 85 is so much greater than the previous levels that I probably will need to spend some time in Twilight Highlands.
The place is still full of stinkies, though…
Not really.
That green “water” all through the Undercity? Not water.
Liquid deodorant. Kinda like “roll-on”, but more like “roll-in”.
Or maybe you don’t like “Active Fresh” scent? Maybe we should switch to Axe brand.
The Forsaken use “Active Flesh” scent.
“Glower Flesh”
“Splort”
“Cold Spice”
“Drool Water”
Truth, this. Those guys respawn awfully quickly.
That can be a good thing though, as it’s awfully hard to get the clean uniforms off the sailors - I guess sticking the sailors with sharp pointy objects tends to ruin the uniforms ![]()
I was playing earlier this week with a friend of mine (we’re levelling Alliance Death Knights together) and we were working on that particular quest plus the one where you have to kill all three of the ship’s captains. We were making our second or third pass through the ships trying to get the uniforms when I noticed a Blood Elf mage fighting one of the captains up on the quarterdeck. She finished him off, but made the mistake of sitting down next to the body to eat/drink. Well, you can guess what happened; the captain respawned after just a few seconds, attacked the mage, and next thing I see is her lifeless body falling from the quarterdeck to the main deck.
Hahahaha. I did this with the pygmy chief who carried the staff. I killed him, sat and ate, then started attacking another pygmy without moving, and the respawned chief and his hyena jumped on my back and got payback.
Yeah, rapid respawns were behind about 1/2 of the "oops"es I mentioned earlier. I learned VERY early on to immediately mount up on the flying mount and un-ass the area post-haste. You could be bleeding to death, but dammit, you will evacuate the area. You may die of dots if you don’t tend to them on the scene, but you will die if they guys you just downed get a chance to respawn.
Well, in only our 27th hour of raiding (probably less than that when you count travel time and waiting for late people), we took down Twilight Council last night making us 8/12. I’ve been real pleased with our guild’s raid progress - 3 hrs a night, 2x a week, and we can clear content pretty quick, usually learn a fight in just a handful of tries. I fully expect us to down Atramedes on Sunday to put us at 9/12 and make us start thinking about if we need to extend locks to put in some attempts on end bosses.
I like the split raid instances. It lets us mix things up a bit, and sure beats the slog of going to ICC 4 nights a week, for 10s and 25s, for hours and hours at a time, and seeing the same crap over and over again.
