He has influence over the hiring and firing of talent, over what projects are greenlit or canceled. To have someone who doesn’t’ have the judgement of when not to blurt out the N-word (pro tip:that is never)in charge of that is just asking for liability, liability the company didn’t want to take on.

If russia comes out with proof that trump was informed that when he went to Flint, Michigan, that there would be questions about the water issue, then I would not really think that that was all that big a deal. People may know that the 1994 Rwandan genocide involved Hutus killing Tutsis. But do they know that Tutsis were actually the ones who were the rulers and upper class of the country for hundreds of years until 1959? Or that the genocide was egged on by a radio station that broadcast racist jokes? So, think about that. The people killed in that genocide were the local equivalent of white people, who were pushed out of power and treated with derision, then slaughtered after a generation of preparing Hutus to stay vigilant against their former oppressors.
I guess maybe some of those brushing off any anti-white rhetoric might just think the Tutsis had it coming for being hegemons all those years, even though by 1994 anyone under 50 cannot really be said to have ever been one? :dubious:
As a white person, I’m okay with being a minority in this country. But what I’m not okay with is being a despised minority. Currently, the majority of babies born in the USA are non-white, and whites are on track to become a minority in the 2040s. Given these demographic realities, and the increasing prevalence and acceptability of anti-white rhetoric, I don’t think it’s crazy for a white person to worry what the future will look in this country for their children and grandchildren.
